Amanda Marquez received her training from the Garden State Ballet, Rutherford, New Jersey, as well as teachers from Alvin Ailey. She worked with various dance companies in the New Jersey area, and continued after moving to California in 1999. In college Amanda studied Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Ballroom, Latin, Capoiera, and other cultural dance styles. She received her yoga certification from Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco. She currently is on faculty at Dance Attack! in Los Gatos. Amanda joined Push Dance Company in 2006.
