Jamie Wright, President
Jamie Ray Wright spent almost 20 years as an advertising/marketing professional. He worked at McCann-Erickson, the international advertising agency and for several major banks. He also has experience in the publishing industry. Currently, he works for Alonzo King LINES Ballet and Dance Center and has is own dance company, The DanceWright Project.
Leah Samson, Secretary
Leah M. Samson, joined the Push Dance Company Board of Directors in 2008. She has a B.A. in Fine Arts, Dance Performance and Choreography, as well as a B.S. in Finance. Leah has been a member of the Bay Area dance community since January of 2007, performing for a number of Bay Area choreographers including Aura Fischbeck, Leigh Riley and Gretchen Garnett. Besides pursuing her passion for dance and the arts, Leah works full time at Capital Group, a mutual fund management company, where she works with the Board of Directors of the American Funds mutual funds.

We are particularly looking for candidates who will bring ONE or MORE of the following:
Commitment to PDC’s community projects, creative vision and philosophy
Fundraising, development, and arts management expertise
Connections to corporate communities; expertise in designing social initiatives that generate earned income, "social entrepreneurship"
Connections to diverse cultural communities of the SF Bay Area
Skill in marketing, public relations, and word-of-mouth advertising
Expertise in nonprofit administration or financial management
Commitment to making a hands-on contribution to the company in the form of a financial or in-kind gift
Passion for making dance a public cultural entity in daily life
