SELECTED QUOTES
“Huddled, hugged themselves in writhing line formations, and broke into highly individual solos, their sincerity deeply beautiful.” – Rachel Howard, SF Chronicle

For over 20 years, this San Francisco-based company has developed an acclaimed body of work that investigates algorithmic fairness, AI bias, and the ways technology reshapes human movement and spatial awareness.
PUSH’s repertoire reflects a commitment to innovation and equity, creating performances that are as intellectually rigorous as they are emotionally powerful—work that asks critical questions about our digital age while celebrating the transformative power of movement.
About
House of Rashad honors the life and friendship of Rashad Pridgen through site-specific performance existing beyond spatial reality and time. Tailored collaboratively with performers, this work explores metaphysical essence, imagining conversations between friends that never occurred and innocuous questions about end-of-life wishes never asked. The piece transforms outdoor public areas into sacred healing spaces for spiritual journey and ancestral convenings—a profound meditation on loss, memory, and love’s persistence beyond physical presence.
