Frequently Asked Questions
Join the 2026 PUSH Dance Company Summer Performance Intensive in San Francisco—an elite week-long training program limited to 25 collegiate and professional dancers. July 6-11, 2026.

+ How can I audition?

Submit a video audition through our online registration form. Include an unedited contemporary solo (max 3 minutes) filmed horizontally in a studio or on stage, along with your headshot, one-page resume, bio, and short artistic statement. We accept applications on a rolling basis until all 25 spots are filled, so early submission is strongly encouraged.

+ What is the dress code?

Wear form-fitting dance attire that allows instructors to see your alignment and movement quality—fitted tops, dance pants, or shorts work well. Bring socks or bare feet for floor work and appropriate footwear for specific classes.

+ When will I learn of my audition results?

Because we review applications on a rolling basis, you’ll typically hear back within 1-2 weeks of submission. Accepted dancers will receive instructions for securing their spot with a deposit. We encourage early application as spots fill quickly.

+ Is housing included in tuition?

Housing is not included in the $800 tuition ($650 early bird rate ends June 1). However, we provide recommendations for affordable options near our San Francisco studio, including hostels ($40-60/night), budget hotels ($80-150/night), and short-term rentals. Bay Area dancers are welcome to commute. Detailed housing information will be sent upon acceptance.
